This light is built for the wet stuff. Its polycarbonate lens and housing are completely sealed to make it waterproof and submersible—perfect for boat trailers or wet-weather use. When space is tight or you want a flush finish, this 6-7/16" long x 2-1/8" tall x 1-3/4" thick oval light fits right in. It’s designed for a recessed mount using a grommet (A70GB - sold separately) or can be installed in a bracket (BK70BB - sold separately) if you prefer surface mounting. Either way, it delivers a clean look that stays secure on the trailer.
Hookup is simple thanks to its standard PL-3 connector that works with a 3-prong plug (A45PB or A47PB - sold separately). The wiring is clear—white for ground, black for tail/running lights, and red for combined stop and turn signals—so getting everything connected is quick and frustration-free.
DOT compliant and carrying SAE codes S2, T2, and I6, this LED trailer light meets recognized safety standards. It also serves as an exact replacement for Uni-bond #LED2238-13R, Grote #53962, and Peterson #M420R-2, making it a dependable fit when upgrading or replacing older units without guesswork.

Needsd to replace missing exact trailer light
Excellent lights and very fast shipping.
Went right into my PJ Trailers car hauler to replace existing tail light that was partially blown causing some really odd issues with the rest of the lights. For example when I hit the brakes the running lights would come on.
Quick, Easy and Good Product.
Bright and work well so far, have not yet submerged into the lake. But a word of warning.. I was surprised the lights were just tossed loose into a shipping box. No packaging, no rubber grommets, no pigtails. Luckily both the old rubber grommets and electrical connectors were in good shape on my trailer, and the new lights didn’t get too banged up in the shipping box.

After a year the lights are still bright and work flawlessly. Multiple dunks into the lake and no water was able to get into the lenses... would buy again!
Needed these lights for one of our cargo trailers. I had a rear light go out, and these units are sealed... You can't buy just a replacement bulb. They fit perfectly, and are bright and reliable. Customer service was amazing, quick delivery. I'm a contractor, with 6 of these large cargo trailers, and using these LED replacement lights is the only way to go. They never burn out! Love Etrailer.

These look great and are bright. A bit difficult fit for replacing the old lights but the electrical connection was the same. Overall we are very happy with them.

91 Dodge dually had the old bulb red marker lights put the new LED red marker lights on have attached a picture so you can see what the lights look like and we are pressing the break so that's why they're bright

Glad I forgot to order tail light from manufacturer for my tow dolly when I ordered replacement fender. Yours is perfect fit, much better price and best value for shipping of all sites I checked.
I had to replace one burned tail light on my 2005 cargo trailer. I bought two and replace the other one as well. They work perfectly. The size and the 3 pins connction are the same as the original. A little downside is regarding the packaging. I would expect each light wrapped individualy to avoid the rattling in the box. See pics.
I have a Haulmark utility trailer. One tail light was giving me trouble and I tried fixing it but decided to just replace it with these. They are brighter and fit right in to the old grommet. They were a bit loose so I wrapped some e-tape around them and they are staying in place just fine. I also ordered the pigtails and soldered and heat-shrinked the connections - the factory connecting were "scotch-locks", which I hate. After I did this, I looked closely at the old lights and realized that there was a 3 prong plug which I might have been able to use rather than doing new connections and soldering them, but by doing what I did, I now have tight connections and I can easily replace the light if I ever have to (I got rid of the scotch locks). Yes, I could maybe have soldered the old connections and used the old plug, but it was constructed in such a way that I didn't realize it was there (I thought it was part of the light body). My picture shows the old light and the old plug disconnected from it and the new LED in place on my trailer. It works great - glad I did this. It's much brighter than the old light.

Identical size, shape & function to the original taillight on a 2-yo Master Tow dolly. Replacement taillight from the mfg didn’t fit the original taillight bezel. This one is an exact fit.

Still working great after a year. If I have a problem in the future will look to replace with the same lights.
